Account Manager (Fire, Plumbing or HVAC)

Currently we are looking for an Account Manager with experience in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Plumbing or Fire industry to work remotely for any location in Mexico with our client in California.

Work Schedule: 8:00 am- 5:00 pm PST (40 hours per week)

Hiring: Prestador de Servicios (Tax Official invoicing mandatory)

Salary: $25,000 - $30,000 MXN gross

Job Description:

• Account support and documentation for National and Regional Customers in the United States.
• Devise plans of action and assess the most time-efficient processes per task.
• We'll need to speak in English with customers and team members on a regular basis.

Requirement:

• 3+ years hands-on managing multiple work orders/account in the HVAC (Heating, Ventilation and Air Conditioning), Plumbing or Fire industry (Mandatory)
• Must have 1+ years of experience in Excel Workbooks/spreadsheets.
• Experience working with CRM's.
• Must have 2+ years of experience in Emailing, Microsoft Office, Email drafting, Internet browser and Windows.
• Ability to multi-task between scheduling and other administrative tasks in a fast-paced environment.
• Detail-oriented person.
• Sense of urgency.
• Assist the team with other tasks when necessary.
• Good written/oral communication skills to communicate information in English.
